Foster Law Firm, LLP was co-counsel for Plaintiff in the recent trial of Forrester v. APAC-Southeast, Inc.  in the Court of Common Pleas for Anderson County on June 26, 2006.  The suit involved personal injuries sustained when construction equipment operated by an employee of Defendant struck the Plaintiff's vehicle.  After a full week trial and lengthy deliberations by the jury, a verdict for the Plaintiff in the amount of $466,650.00 was returned on June 30, 2006.

On August 10, 2004, Chad L. Bacon, an associate of the firm, obtained a verdict for his client, Katherine Lucille Brown, from a Pickens County jury in an action for personal injuries. Ms. Brown had been seriously injured when a motorist (the defendant in the action) improperly crossed the centerline into the oncoming lane of traffic and struck the motorcycle on which Ms. Brown had been riding, as a passenger, head-on. Unfortunately, Ms. Brown suffered severe injuries and incurred significant medical bills. Suit was filed against the Defendant in April 2003, and the case was called to trial on August 10, 2004 in the Court of Common Pleas for Pickens County. After the trial was concluded and after significant deliberation, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Ms. Brown in the amount of $125,000.00.
